The world’s best conference on service management is coming to the most exciting location in South East Asia! The 18th International Research Symposium on Service Excellence in Management (QUIS18)<\/em> will take place during June 20-23, 2023<\/strong> at VinUniversity, Hanoi, Vietnam<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The main theme of the conference is “Re-imagining service to enhance human life and society”<\/em>. Researchers and practitioners are invited to submit an abstract describing their rigorous work for consideration for presentation. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

QUIS18 opens its portal for online abstract submission from 8 August to 30 November 2022 <\/strong>(via Easychair<\/a>). Authors must provide author details and supply a structured abstract (about 500 words) following the Online Abstract submission form<\/em>.
All submissions will be reviewed by the conference Co-chairs and acceptance will be based on their contributions to theory, research and\/or implications for practice for service management. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

A\u00a0Best Paper Award<\/strong>\u00a0will be presented during the conference and selected papers from the conference will be invited for consideration for publication in the\u00a0Journal of Service Management, Journal of Service Theory and Practice\u00a0<\/strong><\/em>and Service Science<\/strong>.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n
