From June 23 -26, 2022, the Frontiers in Service Conference will be hosted at Babson College in Babson Park, Massachusetts. This is the first time the conference will be held in the Boston area! We are looking forward to welcoming you to New England this June.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Frontiers in Service Conference 2022<\/em> will explore a wide variety of service topics, including service marketing, service management, service operations, service strategy, service design, service engineering, service science, service IT, and AI and robotics as related to service firms and retailers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Themed \u201cHow technology is creating value through service,\u201d<\/strong> Frontiers in Service Conference 2022<\/em> will explore a variety of service topics, including service marketing, service management, service operations, service strategy, service design, service engineering, service science, service IT, and AI and robotics as related to service firms and retailers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Please mark your calendars and join us for a chance to discuss engaging topics with academics and professionals from around the world who dedicate their work to these dynamic industries. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

You are invited, as a service academic or practitioner, to submit a 450-word abstract<\/strong> for a possible presentation at the conference. The deadline for submissions is December 12, 2021. Practitioners are invited to submit and share case studies, best practices, trends, and recent developments in the service industry. The conference committee will select the most promising and noteworthy abstracts for the \u201cBest Practitioner Paper Award\u201d. Abstracts may focus on any service topic, including (but not limited to) the topics below.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
