Dear Service Scholars,

Since that time, 16 additional QUIS conferences have been organized at several universities around the world. We are delighted to host QUIS18 conference at the campus of VinUniversity in Hanoi Vietnam.
Over the course of the last 35 years, Professor Mary Jo Bitner and Professor Bo Edvardsson have served as co-chairs of multiple QUIS conferences and contributed significantly to the advancement of service research, teaching and practice. Their pioneering efforts over the last three decades has helped create a vibrant service scholars’ community that now also extends beyond QUIS to other professional associations.
