Ray Fisk held a keynote at the TEDx – Texas State University: How Serving Each Other Can Save Humanity
Services are common experiences, but they are commonly misunderstood. Early service scholars thought services were only based on monetary exchange. In this century, service scholars realized that service activities are deeply embedded in all human interactions and essential to human progress.
Ray’s research focuses on transformative service research and service design. Recently, he founded ServCollab, a service research collaborative for diagnosing and treating humanity’s service system problems.
